Across communities and mission fields, people spend years building relationships, developing strategies, overcoming challenges, and pursuing transformation. Along the way, they discover things that may never travel beyond the places where they were learned.
MissionWake investigates that experience, preserves what matters, and discovers what may be transferable. Through media, research, resources, and strategic equipping, what is learned in one field can strengthen the pursuit of transformation in another.

The Charitable Arm of the MissionWake Institution
MissionWake Foundation is the charitable and public-benefit arm of the larger MissionWake institution. It advances the institution’s mission through investigation, research, knowledge development, public-benefit media, strategic equipping, and participation.
The Foundation operates as a distinct nonprofit organization, working within the larger MissionWake ecosystem while remaining accountable for its charitable purposes.
From Lived Experience to New Lived Experience
MissionWake enters living laboratories, investigates stories, strategies, evidence and outcomes, develops credible learning, and carries discoveries through media, resources and strategic equipping to people pursuing transformation elsewhere.
Where MissionWake Begins
Six Year-One projects bring MissionWake’s model into practice through its first living laboratory, media and audience development, the News Collective, Philadelphia, Jacksonville, and an international partner pilot with Prayer Covenant for Children.
Investing in the Work
Philanthropic support helps build the Foundation and advance investigations, research, public-benefit journalism and media, publishing, training, and participation. Funders can invest in the institution itself or in specific charitable projects.
Pursuing Transformation Together
